2.3 Delivery Process

  • After completing your purchase, the subscription activation process will begin.
  • Delivery of licenses or subscriptions may take 3 to 7 business days, depending on the principal’s processing time.
  • All delivery notifications will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.

2.4 Custom Orders
For enterprise-level or bulk subscriptions, additional processing time may apply.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

3.1 Pricing
Prices for subscriptions are listed on the product pages. All prices are in USD and IDR and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other payment gateways as listed on our website.

3.3 Taxes and Fees

  • Any tax fees, customs duties, or additional charges imposed by the buyer’s country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Buyers must ensure that TokoLinux.com receives 100% of the payment amount during remittance, without deductions for taxes, bank fees, or other charges.
  • In the event of incomplete payment due to such deductions, the buyer is responsible for settling the outstanding amount before the subscription can be activated.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will not be issued for:

TokoLinux.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from:

  • Delays in subscription delivery.
  • Misuse of products or services.
  • Actions or policies of third-party principals (Canonical, Red Hat, or SUSE).

Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
